The IBM Sales Accelerator Program is designed for early career professionals who want to build a long‑term career in technology sales. This program combines structured learning, hands‑on selling experience and international exposure to prepare you to become a successful IBM seller. You will be joining IBM’s international Sales Center in Dublin, Ireland. After completing the 12‑month program, there will be your next career step waiting for you, either in Ireland or the UK.
Through mentorship, structured training and practical selling experience, the program prepares you to engage clients, support the sales cycle and help organisations adopt IBM technologies across areas such as Data and AI, Cloud, Automation, and Sustainability. At IBM Global Sales, we bring together innovation, collaboration and expertise to help clients solve their most complex business challenges.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Deliver technical demos and product overviews virtually to Select Territory accounts, showcasing product capabilities and addressing customer needs.
- Advance opportunities through digital channels, leveraging an AI‑enabled technology stack to drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Ecosystem teams to align sales strategies and tactics, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing impact.
- Function in a high‑volume sales environment, prioritising multiple accounts and opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Utilise an AI‑enabled technology stack to streamline sales processes, enhance customer engagement and drive business outcomes.
