- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and clients
- Ability to build consensus, manage expectations, and facilitate decision-making processes
- Strong risk identification, analysis, and mitigation skills
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools
- Proficiency in resource allocation, capacity planning, and leveling
- Experience in managing resource conflicts and trade-offs across multiple projects
