Your role and responsibilities

As a Sales Enablement & Skills Professional, you will be responsible for Seller and Business Partner Enablement and Skills Activation, focusing on improving the seller and partner experience through consistent enablement, skills development, and asset delivery. You will play a key role in preparing Sellers with pointed and experiential Learning, deep competitive insight, hands‑on labs, and other assets.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop Enablement Strategies: Design and deliver enablement strategies in collaboration with brand and segment sales leadership to enhance seller and partner performance.
  • Deliver Experiential Learning: Prepare and deliver experiential learning experiences, including hands‑on labs and other assets, to equip Sellers with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Foster Collaboration: Interlock with brand and segment sales leadership to ensure alignment and effective delivery of enablement programs.
  • Improve Seller Experience: Employ tools and programs to consistently improve the seller and partner experience, driving skills development and asset delivery.
  • Activate Skills Development: Develop and implement programs to activate skills development among Sellers, enhancing their performance and competitiveness.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Deep Expertise in Enablement Strategy: Proven experience in designing and delivering enablement strategies that drive seller and partner performance, preferably in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Experience with Experiential Learning: A background in creating and delivering experiential learning experiences, including hands‑on labs and asset development, to enhance seller skills and knowledge.
  • Expertise in Sales Performance Improvement: Experience in employing tools and programs to consistently improve seller and partner experience, driving skills development and asset delivery.
  • Experience in Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to interlock with sales leadership to ensure alignment and effective delivery of enablement programs.
  • Deep Understanding of Competitive Insight: Experience in providing deep competitive insight to sellers, enhancing their performance and competitiveness.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Deep Enablement Strategy Knowledge: Experience with designing and delivering comprehensive enablement strategies that drive business outcomes. Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement enablement programs.
  • Advanced Experiential Learning: Background in creating immersive learning experiences, including hands‑on labs and asset development, to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Sales Performance Enhancement: Experience employing data‑driven approaches to consistently improve sales performance, driving skills development and asset delivery.
