In this role, you\’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, as well as facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support cross‑functional teams in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Contribute to the creation of business cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
