Role and Responsibilities

As a Consultant in our Delivery Centers, you will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle, playing a customer‑facing role in requirement analysis, business process documentation, and solution design. You will work with and support peers to develop, configure, and deploy solutions, ensuring project processes and deliverables are met. You will also contribute to proposal development, demonstrating the application to potential customers.

As an experienced consultant, you will be a self‑starter with strong functional skills in the implementation of Oracle Finance Cloud, backed by proven hands‑on experience, ideally across different industries. You will work under pressure, communicate effectively with customer stakeholders, and manage your own time and tasks.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of functional experience delivering Oracle Finance Cloud applications.
• Minimum of 3 full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.
• Demonstrated experience in solution design, requirements analysis, functional design, configuration documentation, troubleshooting, and integration architecture.
• Experience working with technical teams for interface design, development, and testing.
• Ability to multi‑task and work independently.
• Strong client‑facing, communication, and client‑management skills.
• Good understanding of application implementation methodologies.
• Ability to travel to client sites.
• Demonstrated functional skills in Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Good domain knowledge of Finance modules such as GL, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud products and their integration with other on‑premise or cloud applications.
• Knowledge of broader Oracle Cloud functional areas (Finance, HCM, Payroll, CX, Logistics).
