Responsibilities

- Estimate infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow implementations, considering scalability, performance, and security.
- Manage delivery of ServiceNow solutions; collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align with business objectives.
- Integrate ServiceNow tools with other systems in the ecosystem, leveraging expertise in implementation and management.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow tools.
- Skilled in conducting thorough architectural analysis and estimating infrastructure requirements.
- Experienced in managing delivery of ServiceNow solutions and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of system integration and the ability to integrate ServiceNow tools with other systems.
- Deep understanding of IT service management principles and practice.
- Experience with cloud‑based technologies and their integration with ServiceNow, including scalability, performance, and security considerations.
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and their integration with ServiceNow.
- Preferred technical and professional experience in ServiceNow implementation and management.
