Introduction

In this role, you\’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Business Analysts at IBM are subject matter experts that build the bridge between our business and our clients, immersing themselves into the market to understand problems and find innovative solutions. Be ready to navigate the complex relationships that make the business world run and find the actionable insights that result in great business decisions.

Your role will involve:

  • Discussing and elaborating requirements.
  • Facilitating and leading workshops to expand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Be involved in the full project lifecycle
  • Providing the development team with user stories that have clear descriptions and acceptance criteria
  • Investigating client\’s activities, playing a key role by testing systems and providing competitive commercial solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
