- Develop and manage client relationships, understand needs, earn trust, show IBM solutions.
- Oversee the entire sales process, expand new business opportunities, collaborate with IBM teams.

- Build key management relationships with focus on new opportunities, customer success and satisfaction.
- Teach customers insights, tailor solutions to challenge corporate priorities, create value proposition.
