Your Role and Responsibilities
- As an AWS Full Stack Developer, you will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, creating software to support clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
- You will work with cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-performing, available, and maintainable applications.
- Analyze and propose improvements to existing systems with architect and technical lead support.
- Engage in design, development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders and identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree/College Diploma or higher.
Required Technical Skills
- Design, develop, and deploy web applications using AWS services.
- Collaborate with teams to define and implement features.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Manage AWS resources with DevOps teams.
- Write clean, tested code; participate in code reviews.
- Follow public sector standards and regulations.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
- Experience as a Full Stack Developer with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB).
- Proficiency in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) and back-end (Java, Python, Node.js).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience with serverless architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
