Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Cloud Migration strategies for hybrid cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to map existing components/functionalities to AWS-specific services.
- Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Execute migration strategies, focusing on rehost, refactor, rearchitect, and re-platform techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud migration trends and technologies.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Extensive experience with software architecture fundamentals and tools.
- In-depth understanding of the Garage Method for cloud migration.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and their advantages/disadvantages.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proven track record in executing successful Cloud Migration projects.
- Extensive hands-on current experience with: AWS (lambda S3 DynamoDB etc), Cloudformation, javascript.
