In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), delivering deep technical and industry expertise to clients worldwide. Our centers provide locally based skills and technical expertise to foster innovation and technology adoption.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Automation Test Specialist, your technical expertise will directly influence software quality. You will work in an agile environment, contributing to each iteration\’s improvement. Your responsibilities may include:
- Building automated tests using tools like Selenium, Protractor, Katalon, Cucumber, etc.
- Creating test data and environments
- Writing and executing test scripts under supervision, identifying errors, and validating outcomes
- Documenting programming errors and operational issues against requirements and design specifications
- Presenting test results clearly to clients and teams

Bachelor\’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in writing test automation scripts
- Experience with end-to-end and UAT testing, including business testing
- Proficiency with automation tools for testing IT systems and applications
- Strong knowledge of multiple automation tools and technologies to develop and maintain testing solutions
- Understanding of testing requirements, scenario development, automation execution, and achieving test outcomes
- Awareness of modern trends like Agile, DevOps, Containers, and integrating testing automation into delivery processes
