Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex application development and maintenance projects.
You will be responsible for managing project scope, cost, and timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet business and contractual requirements.
You will manage internal stakeholder relationships, define implementation schedules, and ensure compliance with strategic and regulatory standards.
You will also provide risk systems expertise to support key bureau relationships and bank-wide initiatives.
This is a dynamic role requiring technical understanding, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to driving project success.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery from Initial discovery through to live.
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage the delivery plan with the wider Project plan
- Apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques (e. g. Scrum, Kanban, XP - extreme programming)
- Build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well
- Oversee the implementation and enhancement of systems.
- Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services
- Drive continuous improvement
