Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. This individual will lead cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery through all assessment and phases
  • Apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques (e.g. Scrum Kanban XP - extreme programming) and mentor the team about the chosen approach
  • Build and maintain teams ensuring they are motivated collaborating and working well
  • Integration of the Digital delivery plan with the wider Project plan
  • Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them
  • Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services
  • Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team\'s progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team.
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Proven experience in Agile project management and Scrum framework.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certification in Scrum or equivalent.
