We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. This individual will lead cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery through all assessment and phases
- Apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques (e.g. Scrum Kanban XP - extreme programming) and mentor the team about the chosen approach
- Build and maintain teams ensuring they are motivated collaborating and working well
- Integration of the Digital delivery plan with the wider Project plan
- Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them
- Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services
- Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team\'s progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Bachelor\'s Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proven experience in Agile project management and Scrum framework.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification in Scrum or equivalent.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Experience with Agile tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of complementary Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for Agile values and continuous improvement.
- Experience of Delivery management processes.
