Your role and responsibilities

• Working with partners and members of the HLS team, you will support a range of work:
• Supporting our marketing planning and delivery
• Helping to plan and deliver events ranging from small NHS networks in IBM’s Innovation studios to content and marketing for IBM’s presence at industry conferences
• Informing and supporting the creation of content for social media to build IBM’s recognition as a trusted advisor to leaders in healthcare and life sciences
• Supporting business development activities through desk research and analysis
• Supporting bid teams through ad hoc pieces of work

Through your experience you will learn about and get involved in the wide range of activities involved in business consulting. You will meet a variety of people from across IBM’s business areas and learn about the different types of work that we do. Depending on your interests and skills, you’ll have the opportunity to take on individual tasks and roles, supported by fellow team members.

Required education

• Pre-University Qualification

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to ESB Tools
• Basic Understanding of Web Services
• Interest in Software Development Lifecycle
• Familiarity with Relational Databases
• Curiosity about Integration Development
