We are looking for experienced Content Designers to join our teams as senior individual contributors taking responsibility for completing complex design activities and artefacts, and collaborating with designers, design leads, and other professionals.
In this role, you will work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Content designers create and deliver user-centred content solutions throughout an end-to-end product or service. They use evidence and research to guide people and help them advance in their next steps to achieve their goals.
We are looking for a Content Designer to join an agile scrum team. The role will involve:
- Modelling and formatting content into viable, feasible, and desirable solutions;
- Researching and studying the subject and context to inform content;
- Writing, curating, and editing content for accuracy, clarity, and usability;
- Taking complex information and turning it into simple content for users;
- Creating content that drives user actions based on agreed requirements and research;
- Defining and applying consistent voice and tone throughout user journeys;
- Defining content goals and journeys based on user or customer needs;
- Localizing content for specific audiences and markets.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to create and communicate meaning throughout product or service experiences for users and customers;
- Experience of planning and facilitating workshops to reach a specific outcome;
- Experience of working within an Agile scrum team (working across Designers, Product Owners, Developers and Researchers);
- Ability to help people understand the value of solutions with clarity and consistency.
