Your role and responsibilities
- Leading Implementation Projects: Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, overseeing effort estimation, planning, and execution to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
- Conducting Architectural Analysis: Conduct thorough architectural analysis to inform solution design and estimate infrastructure requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems in the ecosystem.
- Estimating Infrastructure Requirements: Estimate infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow implementations, considering scalability, performance, and security needs.
