In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your role and responsibilities
As an Oracle Integration Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with clients to understand their integration requirements and objectives.

Designing and implementing Oracle Integration Cloud solutions, including API management, integration flows, and connectivity to various systems.

Guiding clients through the implementation lifecycle, from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.

Providing technical guidance and support to clients during the configuration and testing phases.

Troubleshooting and resolving Oracle Integration Cloud-related issues, ensuring smooth operations for our clients.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest Oracle Integration Cloud features, updates, and best practices.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our integration implementation processes and tools.
Required technical and professional expertise

Experience as an Oracle Integration Technical Consultant.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and its components (e.g., API Gateway, Integration Cloud Service, and Process Cloud Service).

Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards (e.g., REST, SOAP, AMQP, and XML).

Experience with API management, middleware, and integration platforms.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
