IBM Consulting is seeking an HR Transformation Lead as part of the HR and Talent Transformation Centre of Competence (CoC) Team.
Leveraging the IBM AIāLed HR Experience transformation where, as Client Zero, the IBM HR function radically transformed itself, the HR and Talent Transformation CoC will:
- Inspire and win the hearts and minds by sharing the transformation IBM lived, the outcomes achieved, and what it means for the clients' transformation journey
- Discover and shape the opportunity through leveraging Client Zero and IBM Consulting frameworks/assets to have a dataādriven size of opportunity and identify where to start
- CoāCreate the solution through deep dive domaināled garages to shape priority use cases and define the roadmap
- Partner with our local teams to deliver atāscale transformation, using proven methods, accelerators, and delivery capabilities.
Your role and responsibilities as an HR Transformation CoC Lead will include:
- Leading and advising endātoāend AIāled HR Experience transformations with functional depth, including operating model and process optimization
- Architecting AIā and platformāenabled solutions for clients
- Managing delivery teams and key client relationships
Required technical and professional expertise:
- 10+ years in HR strategy and transformation consulting.
- Led at least 2 endātoāend HR Transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of HR Operating and Service Delivery Models, and Employee Experience
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working with global, multiādisciplinary teams.
Preferred technical and professional experience:
- 2ā3+ years in an HR Industry or Corporate position
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies.
- Understanding of organizational change management.
- Thought leadership presence through speaking or publications.
