Your role and responsibilities:

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cloud modernisation projects in line with the SOW and contract.
  • Manage scope, schedule, costs, and quality across multiple workstreams.
  • Apply modernisation techniques including refactor, containerisation, APIs, and microservices.
  • Oversee design and delivery incorporating SOE, SOI, SOI (integration), and SOR components.
  • Act as the primary interface with client PMs and senior stakeholders.

Required technical and professional expertise:

  • Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, Red Hat OpenShift, Google Cloud).
  • Expertise in agile delivery models and design thinking approaches.
  • Deep understanding of co‑existence architecture and continuous modernisation.
  • Ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple dependencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management.
  • Strong Risk Management abilities.
  • Delivery of delivery plans.
  • Strong experience working within an Agile Framework: Scrum / Kanban.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration experience.

  • Experience in language and database conversion initiatives.
  • Background in enterprise‑scale API and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of garage method for cloud delivery.
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud integration patterns.
  • Experience with JIRA Confluence Mural Planner Microsoft Suite.
