Your role and responsibilities as a Delivery Consultant for Expert Labs Data Platform - Integration & Intel will include:
- Implement Solutions: Install and upgrade data integration and intelligence solutions, ensuring seamless execution and meeting customer needs.
- Educate Customers: Provide training and support to customers, enabling them to effectively utilize the implemented solutions and drive business value.
- Support Production Transition: Collaborate with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing any technical or operational challenges that may arise.
- Deliver Solutions: Apply your expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Support Customer Success: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring their continued success with the implemented solutions.
Required technical and professional expertise includes:
- Exposure to implementing, installing, and upgrading data integration and intelligence solutions.
- Experience working with customers to provide training and support.
- Exposure to collaborating with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production.
- Experience applying expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Exposure to providing ongoing support to customers.
Preferred technical and professional experience includes:
- Exposure to data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and technologies.
