In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. As an Oracle Integration Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their integration requirements and objectives.
- Designing and implementing Oracle Integration Cloud solutions, including API management, integration flows, and connectivity to various systems.
- Guiding clients through the implementation lifecycle, from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Providing technical guidance and support to clients during the configuration and testing phases.
- Troubleshooting and resolving Oracle Integration Cloud-related issues, ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest Oracle Integration Cloud features, updates, and best practices.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our integration implementation processes and tools.
