As an Oracle Data Migration Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data transfer and successful migration projects for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from legacy Oracle EBS systems to Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM. * Performing data mapping, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. * Troubleshooting data migration issues and implementing corrective actions to resolve them. * Writing PL/SQL code for data extraction, transformation, processing, and reconciliation reporting. * Leveraging Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for efficient data migration and integration tasks. * Executing reconciliation tasks to verify data integrity post-migration. * Collaborating with functional teams to understand data structures and business rules. * Documenting data migration processes, mappings, and validation steps for audit and reference purposes. * Assisting in post-migration validation and support, ensuring data completeness and resolving any discrepancies. * Adhering to data security and other compliance guidelines when handling client sensitive information.
