Responsibilities include welcoming guests as soon as they arrive with care and attention, using a personalised approach. Anticipate guests' needs and take them into consideration, handling any guest complaints and/or remarks. Promote the company’s ALL loyalty program. Assist as required/requested with solving any guest feedback and handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner. Have knowledge of the facilities and services, events offered by the hotel and the surrounding area. Be competent in taking reservations, upselling where possible to maximise average room rates. Patrol all areas of the hotel on a regular basis to report any fire or health hazards.
