Job Description
This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands.

- Have the ability to multi‑task and have a can‑do attitude in this exciting fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check‑in to check‑out and everything in between. This will include working in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch and Dinner.
- As a passionate individual, you will be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel\’s services.
Qualifications
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
This position is available on a full time 39 hour contract.
- A self‑starter who has the ability to work unsupervised who ideally has experience on either a Hotel Reception and/or in a Hotel Food & propiedad9296;¡Beverage Department.
- Someone with a positive attitude and a genuine customer service focus.
- A fast‑thinking, problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Superb communication skills to interact with guests and other members of the team.
- Brilliant organisation skills.
