As a multi‑skilled team member, you will combine Receptionist and Food & Beverage duties in a fast‑paced environment.
Your role will require you to assist guests from check‑in to check‑out, support F&B outlets (Breakfast, Bar, Lunch, Dinner), and help the Reservations and Back Office Teams when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front‑of‑house operations, ensuring exceptional guest service at all stages of the stay.
- Support Food & Beverage outlets by preparing service station setups, monitoring stock, and attending to guest requests.
- Collaborate with the Reservations team to manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and room changes.
- Participate in safety and property security procedures to protect guests and staff.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination to guarantee room readiness.
