First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Overview of duties:

  • Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure.
  • Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
  • Helps encourage customer loyalty by building friendly, personalized relationships.
  • Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration.
  • Completes all tasks linked to the guest's arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Handles phone calls and e-mails.
  • Passes information on as necessary to other departments (floor staff, technical etc) and to other members of the front-desk team.
  • Works both in reception and F&B side i.e. Breakfast & Restaurant/Bar.
  • Performs end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports when doing night shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and Opera knowledge is preferable.
  • Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours is essential.
  • Basic IT skills.
