Multi‑skilled team member – full time – £12.73 per hour. This role incorporates both front office and food & beverage duties and supports the hotel’s operations as business demands.
Responsibilities
- Act as the front desk receptionist – greeting, checking in and out guests, providing a single point of contact throughout their stay.
- Assist with reservations and back office tasks as needed.
- Serve food and beverage in the bar and restaurant – take orders, serve, clear tables, refill beverages, maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist in setting up, breaking down and maintaining dining areas for events.
- Support buffet and kitchen setups, ensuring replenishment.
- Handle and resolve guest feedback efficiently and satisfactorily.
- Promote the company’s Loyalty Programme.
- Maintain documents required for daily operations.
- Fluently communicate in English and adhere to hotel safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Self‑starter capable of working unsupervised.
- Positive attitude, genuine customer service focus.
- Ability to process nightly audit of front‑office transactions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with initiative to deliver memorable guest experiences while ensuring revenue capture.
- Night audit and/or Accounts experience a plus, paving the way for further career paths in operations or finance.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK and possess a valid work visa.
