Company Description A unique opportunity to work across 2 hotels – ibis Portsmouth Centre offers 144 comfortable rooms with an ode to the naval history of Portsmouth, with porthole-shaped windows and an external façade which mimics the waves at sea. Located on a prime spot in the beautiful city of Portsmouth puts guests within easy reach of popular annual events. The ibis Budget Portsmouth is located in the Southsea area and offers 120 rooms. Only 9 minutes walk to Fratton Station and a 10 minute drive from Portsmouth International port. If you are a passionate, commercially focused and forward-thinking General Manager, with proven experience to lead and motivate a team of talented individuals, we have a role for you. Job Description WHAT WE ARE SEEKING: You are business agile and driven to exceed targets both financial and qualitative. You will motivate and engage talent to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and maximize operating results ensuring the teams secure the best reputation, market share and profit margins. You will actively seek new business and ways of optimizing profit. Fostering positive owner relations to drive the business forwards. Qualifications YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Manager, providing individual challenge and personal development working with more than one site and brand.
