We are seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Service Manager to oversee operations of our Breakfast, Restaurant & Bar. Reporting to the Multi-Site Food & Beverage Manager, the ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership skills. This is a key shift leadership role where you’ll drive service standards, support your team on the floor, and ensure our guests enjoy a vibrant dining experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading Breakfast, Restaurant and Bar operations
  • Supporting and coaching team members
  • Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving issues confidently
  • Managing RSA compliance, food safety and Health & Safety standards
  • Managing stock control, cost management and daily reporting

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ F&B leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer and cocktails
  • Confident managing busy service periods
  • Commercially aware with a focus on team culture and guest satisfaction
  • Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
