Job Description:
We’re looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our vibrant team — where creativity, efficiency, and team spirit come together to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a key role in the preparation of food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and buffet offerings. Working closely with the kitchen team, you’ll ensure that every dish meets our high standards in taste, appearance, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high‑quality dishes with flair and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all food preparation and storage areas.
- Follow stock rotation procedures and contribute to reducing food waste.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Assist with the training and guidance of apprentices or junior staff.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or relevant culinary training/apprenticeship (preferred but not essential).

- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Additional Information:
You will have the opportunity to be part of a high‑energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests. Our hotel offers 356 rooms, within very close proximity to London Heathrow Airport. The hotel features a restaurant operating for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a large outdoor car park. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests, you will need to be fluent in English.
