IBIS Edinburgh Royal Mile – Hunter Square is seeking a multi-skilled team member to blend Receptionist and Food & Beverage duties in a fast-paced setting. You will assist guests from check-in to check-out, support breakfast, bar, lunch and dinner services, and help Reservations and Back Office teams when needed.
You will handle front‑of‑house operations with a guest‑centric mindset, monitor stock for F&B outlets, manage bookings with the Reservations team, and participate in safety procedures.
