Accor is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the property alongside the General Manager, driving guest satisfaction and top-line results.

You will apply strong commercial acumen and a hands-on leadership style to guide operations and two-layer decision-making to optimise performance.

You will be responsible for shaping strategy, coordinating departments, and championing an inclusive culture while maintaining Accor brand standards across the property.
