Are extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well‑being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the reception desk and processing check in/out.
- Provide a friendly and personalised welcome for our guests.
- Convey the image of the brand and the hotel.
- Have the ability to multi‑task and a proactive personality in this busy hands‑on role.
- Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay.
- Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell.
- Handle and resolve any guest feedback and be able to handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner.
- Promote company’s ALL loyalty programme.
- Prepare all the documents required for the day.
- Bar and Restaurant service by taking orders, serving food, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Offer an attentive and personalised service.
- Prepare and clear tables, refill beverages, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Assist in setting up, breaking down, and maintaining dining areas for events.
- Flexibly assist in both reception and F&B tasks based on hotel occupancy and needs.
- Cooking and supporting buffet setups and ensure the area is replenished as necessary.
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.

What we are looking for:
- A self‑starter with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Someone with a positive attitude, a genuine customer service focus and the technical ability to process the nightly audit of all front office transactions.
- A fast‑thinking, customer focused problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences whilst ensuring that all daily revenue has been captured and reported on.
- Night Audit and/or Accounts experience is highly regarded as this role will provide a great career path into other areas of operations or finance.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
