Job Description

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, bar and kitchen.
  • Lead kitchen and F&B teams to ensure effective cost control and maximise profitability.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, health & safety across all outlets.
  • Liaise closely with Maintenance, Front Office, Housekeeping and Conference teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and guide F&B and Kitchen Supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, hotel policies and SCPLH requirements.
  • Implement Accor Vision, Values and emergency communication protocols.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management.
  • Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained.

  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
