Job Description
Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then, we have the job for you! As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, bar and kitchen.
- Lead kitchen and F&B teams to ensure effective cost control and maximise profitability.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, health & safety across all outlets.
- Liaise closely with Maintenance, Front Office, Housekeeping and Conference teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and guide F&B and Kitchen Supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, hotel policies and SCPLH requirements.
- Implement Accor Vision, Values and emergency communication protocols.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management.
- Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained.

- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
