The predicted salary is between 18900 - 23100 £ per year.

As our next Kitchen Team Member you will:

  • Maintain all kitchen areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with Health & Hygiene regulations, including deep cleaning of equipment, floors, walls and coolers.
  • Prepare, count and sort operating equipment, ensuring correct handling of chemicals and safe storage of all items in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
  • Ensure all crockery, cutlery and glassware is hygienically cleaned and safely stored following established cleaning rosters and standard methods.
  • Produce and present dishes to the required standard, ensuring correct temperature and timely delivery to suit guests' needs and fluctuations in service demands.
  • Collect and dispose of dry and wet waste correctly from all kitchen areas each shift, utilising safe and hygienic removal methods.
  • Manage stock rotation, implement stock control procedures and communicate with Restaurant staff regarding menu availability and service changes.
  • Follow departmental service procedures, maintain confidentiality regarding hotel and guest information, and undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your Supervisor or Hotel Management.
