This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands. As our next Multi-Skilled Team Member at Ibis Bristol Centre, you will:
- Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.
- Be flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
- Work in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch and Dinner.
- Be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
Qualifications:
- You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
- This position is available on a full-time 40 hour contract.
- A self-starter who has the ability to work unsupervised, ideally with experience in either a Hotel Reception and/or in a Hotel Food & Beverage Department.
- Someone with a positive attitude and a genuine customer service focus.
- A fast-thinking, problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Superb communication skills to interact with guests and other members of the team.
- Brilliant organisational skills.
