We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Multi-Skilled Team Member to join our dynamic team in the London Borough of Ealing, United Kingdom. This versatile role involves working across various departments, including the kitchen, restaurant, bar, and reception. As a Multi-Skilled Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through your diverse skill set and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
- Maintains security by following procedures.
- Keeps a safe and clean working area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- This may include working in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast and Bar, and supporting the Reservations and Back Office Teams when needed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Experience in a similar role ideally within a Hotel environment.
