What you will be doing:

  • Takes care of guests from arrival through departure, ensuring check-in and check-out are accurate and efficient.
  • Contributes to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality services throughout the stay.
  • Look after guests’ reservations.
  • Take care of guests in the restaurant and bar.
  • Help meet the department's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Promote the hotel's offer and help meet department targets through sales efforts.
  • Look after breakfast, restaurant and bar.
  • Implements brand and group projects and identity features.
  • Anticipates guests' needs and responds promptly to requests.
  • Handle guest complaints and/or remarks with a timely response.
  • Conveys a good hotel image and respects reservation commitments in full.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service-focused personality; experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Your team and working environment:

You will be a key member of the reception team and the face of the hotel brand. Make guests feel at home from arrival to departure.

Job Details

  • Job Types: Full-time
  • Salary: £12.60 per hour
  • Schedule: Holidays, Monday to Sunday, Overtime, Weekend availability
