What the role is all about:
You will be hands on, leading our food and beverage operation while working closely with reception as one happy team. From early coffees to evening cocktails, you will support the team, keep service flowing and make sure our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. This role includes a mix of early and late shifts, working five shifts per week, including weekends.
What you will be doing:
- Leading and supporting the food and beverage team during busy and varied shifts
- Creating fun, friendly and memorable guest experiences
- Supporting reception when needed, because teamwork makes everything better
- Helping train, coach and encourage team members to shine
- Using your food, wine and cocktail knowledge to wow our guests
- Keeping standards high when it comes to service, safety and cleanliness
What we are looking for:
- At least one year of food and beverage experience with team leading responsibilities
- Confidence in leading and motivating a team
- Solid food and beverage knowledge
- Wine and cocktail knowledge would be a big plus
- Flexibility to work early and late shifts, including weekends
- A positive attitude, great communication skills and a love for hospitality
Pay and hours:
£27,500.00 to £28,500.00 per year depending on experience, based on 40 hours per week.
