As Night Duty Manager at Ibis Styles, you will make sure that everything runs like clockwork.

You will work closely with all members of the team to ensure that high standards are maintained at all times and that our guests' stay is seamless from start to finish.

You'll encourage and develop your team and you'll maximise sales at every opportunity.

Our Night Duty Managers tend to work shifts from 11pm to 7am.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS NIGHT DUTY MANAGER YOU'LL...

  • Assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, wherever possible going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction

Anticipate guests needs where possible and react to those needs to enhance guest satisfaction.

Carry out Duty Manager responsibilities in order to support the Hotels business needs.

Ensure that the team are punctual, polite and courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times.
