As the Hotel Sales & Reservations Manager, you will take ownership of all sales and reservations operations — from managing enquiries and group bookings to identifying and securing new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Accor, and Mitchells & Butlers teams to maximise occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction. Your role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery: managing daily reports, ensuring accurate stock levels, and actively seeking out local corporate partnerships to grow our client base.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
AS SALES & RESERVATIONS MANAGER, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Reservations Management
- Oversee and respond to all incoming reservation and sales enquiries (phone & email).
- Manage daily reports (STR, pick-up, etc.) to monitor and optimise performance.
- Handle group bookings, ensuring alignment with revenue and pricing strategies.
- Maintain room stock balance and availability across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with revenue management to implement pricing and sales strategies.
- Respond to RFPs via Accor sales portals.
- Proactively contact and follow up on local corporate sales leads.
- Conduct regular local business visits and meetings to develop new relationships.
- Maintain clear, consistent reporting on sales activity and performance.
- Contribute to regular hotel management and revenue meetings.
- Support additional business development projects and initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality (hotel or corporate sales/reservations).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in finding and converting opportunities.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise effectively.
- A positive, collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Confident in using hotel systems, Excel, and Accor/M&B platforms.
