RBH Hospitality Management is hiring a Commis Chef to join our Glasgow hotel kitchen. This role is 32 hours per week with a 5am start, delivering breakfast service and maintaining the breakfast buffet while following health, safety and hygiene standards.
You will learn on the job, assist with stock and ingredients, and work as part of a small team in a fast-paced kitchen. Some kitchen experience helps, but a strong willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail are essential.
