- Achieve and exceed hotel budget targets and individual KPIs, including room nights, meeting room revenue, ADR, and occupancy.

- Conduct strategic sales visits, site inspections, and presentations to prospective clients to secure contracts.
- Forecast business volume based on hotel occupancy, seasonal trends, events, and market dynamics.
