The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the hotel and, where applicable, other properties within the chain in their designated area or region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the hotel and, where applicable, other chain properties within the assigned area or region.
  • Achieve hotel budget and individual KPIs, including room targets, meeting room targets, ADR, and occupancy.
  • Conduct strategic visits to former, existing, and potential clients, focusing on securing commercial contracts.
  • Analyze and forecast business volume considering hotel occupancy, holidays, weather, events, and local activities.
  • Define guest requirements and ensure offered services align with client expectations.
  • Maintain and update company, client, and contact information in the Anais PM.
  • Gather and share competitor insights with superiors and team members.
  • Negotiate rates with clients, formalize proposals in writing, and provide exemplary after-sales service.
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain professional client engagement to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support team goals, demonstrate adaptability, and contribute to the hotel's competitive success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the same capacity.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and find new business: prospecting, networking, site inspections, and sales calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and share information with all staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business.
