We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage professional to join the team at Ibis London Wembley as our Food & Beverage Manager .
Located in the heart of Wembley, just moments away from Wembley Stadium, OVO Arena Wembley and Wembley Park, Ibis London Wembley welcomes a diverse mix of leisure, corporate and event guests throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a busy and dynamic Food & Beverage operation and play a key role in the continued success of the hotel.
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded leader to oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including breakfast service, restaurant, bar and event. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences, driving revenue growth, controlling costs and developing a high-performing team.
The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring exceptional service standards while maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel
Delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring service excellence at all times
Driving Food & Beverage revenue and identifying commercial opportunities
Managing departmental budgets, payroll and cost controls
Monitoring stock levels, purchasing, wastage and inventory management
Recruiting, training, coaching and developing team members
Creating a positive and engaging working environment that promotes team performance
Managing departmental rotas, attendance and productivity
Supporting the delivery of hotel and departmental financial targets
Working closely with other department teams to ensure seamless operations
Ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety legislation and health & safety requirements
Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvement plans where required
Supporting promotions, seasonal menus, events and new F&B initiatives
Acting as a role model and ambassador for the Accor brand values

You will have:
Previous management experience within a hotel Food & Beverage environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
A proven ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and controlling costs
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Experience analysing business performance and implementing improvement plans
A proactive and flexible approach to work
A good understanding of stock management and labour control
Sound knowledge of food hygiene, licensing and health & safety legislation
Good IT and administrative skills
The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
