Join our dynamic culinary team as a Chef De Partie in the heart of London! We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to contribute to our kitchen's success and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, including meat, fish, and vegetables, according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Wash, sanitise, and store dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to the highest standards.
  • Assist with general kitchen porter duties, including waste disposal and equipment maintenance to support kitchen operations.
  • Properly store and rotate food items to minimise waste and ensure freshness.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
