A new opportunity has arisen at our ibis London Docklands hotel for an Assistant General Manager. Part of the ADDHotel portfolio, this hotel has 87 rooms and is located in a prime spot near the financial hub of Canary Wharf. Due to the fantastic location, guests of this hotel come and visit for business and leisure, so the General Manager will get to lead this property and manage its varying guest needs and expectations. If you are a passionate, commercial and forward thinking AGM who will be able to support a General Manager and a diverse, multi-skilled and hands on team, then this role might be for you.

Job Description

Assistant General Manager

  • Be the number two to the General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results.
  • You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets.
  • You will be responsible for supporting with:

  • Maximizing the property in terms of profit and management of financials.
