We are looking for a flexible and reliable Multitask Team Member to join our hotel team. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and delivering excellent guest service.

As a Multitask Team Member, you will support daily operations across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and basic Maintenance duties. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests throughout the day and night.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out
  • Handle guest enquiries, calls, and requests efficiently
  • Perform night audit and daily reporting tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas and back of house
  • Support kitchen and bar cleaning duties
  • Carry out safety checks, fire walks, and basic maintenance inspections
  • Ensure security procedures and hotel standards are followed at all times

To help you navigate your role and support your success, you will be trained in all front of house, F&B related functions and the safety of the property and people. You will be part of a friendly team of 12 talents. Our Hotel Managed offers 210 Ibis rooms, and a bar-restaurant.

Qualifications
  • Service focused personality is essential.
  • You will need to be fluent in English.
  • This is a full-time position (39 hours per week) with a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday and two days off per week.
  • The hourly rate is £14.80 on day shift, £15.30 on night shift.
  • Only candidates with the legal right to work full-time in the UK will be considered.
