As the front-office team leader, you will be the face of the hotel, delivering warm welcomes to guests and ensuring a seamless front-office experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador, welcoming guests and adding personal flair to their stay.
- Guide and support the front-office team, supervising operations, coaching, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Improve sales performance and help the team achieve results.
- Champion hotel targets, driving enthusiasm and motivation among staff.
- Handle guest relations, recognizing and meeting special guest needs.
- Build strong cross-department relationships, ensuring smooth communication between night and day shifts.
- Work independently, maintaining smooth operations during overnight hours when required.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or similar role experience (hospitality background a plus).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience with Opera PMS or similar systems is desirable.
- Comfortable with financial software and hotel management systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-sufficient, able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Adaptable and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenging guest situations.
